Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable content operations workflows, governance, and processes for production, publishing, and localization.
• Manage translation operations and ensure high translation quality across markets.
• Oversee content lifecycle from creation to CMS publishing with KPI tracking and ROI frameworks.
• Partner with Compliance to align with regulatory changes impacting global content.
• Manage vendor relationships with content and localization partners, setting performance metrics.
