Job summary

iHerb Inc. seeks a Global Logistics Specialist to coordinate with international carriers and ensure outbound shipments are processed timely and cost‑effectively. The role communicates in English with global partners and supports continuous improvement of delivery programs.

You will build carrier relationships, maintain rates, research delays, and assist with audits under the Global Logistics Leadership. Strong MS Office skills and 2+ years in e‑commerce logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of related logistics experience.
• Experience in enhancing delivery networks for D2C shipping.
• Experience working in an e‑Commerce environment and D2C landscape.
• Vendor management experience to drive success for the end consumer.
• Problem analysis and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert demonstrating in‑depth knowledge of market, culture, logistics‑related regulations and policies, clearance procedures, etc. for the assigned carriers.
• Build relationships with carriers such as FedEx and DHL to resolve delivery issues and identify opportunities for projects/initiatives.
• Develop new, progressive delivery programs/products for the assigned lanes.
• Set up new and continually improve existing processes for the assigned lanes and carriers.
• Perform research, gather, and analyze data for assigned lanes and projects.
• Follow‑up with freight forwarders and logistics vendors to ensure timely transit.
• Perform audits, comply with internal compliance process, and support contract processes with leadership.
