Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Senior Director of Compensation to lead global compensation consulting, strategy, and execution for OCI’s business and data centers. This role serves as the primary advisor to OCI executives and HR, translating business needs into competitive, scalable, and equitable programs.

You will lead a team, partner with COE and HR partners worldwide, oversee annual planning (salary, bonus, equity), and build analytics to support budgeting while ensuring

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive broad-based compensation or total rewards experience, including significant experience supporting global technology, cloud, infrastructure, or other highly technical workforces.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing teams of compensation professionals or highly skilled individual contributors.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex compensation and talent decisions in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of technical-talent markets and compensation considerations for cloud infrastructure and related fields.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; CCP designation is a plus.

• Lead the design, governance, and delivery of compensation programs aligned to OCI’s growth and strategy.
• Advise OCI executives and HR leadership with data-driven compensation recommendations.
• Oversee global compensation design across multiple geographies and business lines.
