Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a strategic Senior Director of Compensation to lead global compensation consulting, strategy, and execution for OCI’s data centers. This leader will advise OCI executives and HR leadership, translating business needs into competitive, scalable programs with strong governance.

The role directs a team of consultants, partners with COEs and HR across geographies, and drives annual planning, analytics, and offer strategies for top technical talent.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CCP designation a plus.
• 12+ years of broad-based compensation or total rewards experience.
• 5+ years leading compensation teams or senior individual contributors.
• Experience advising senior leaders in high-growth environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, governance, and execution of global compensation strategies.
• Serve as primary advisor to OCI executives and HR leadership.
• Oversee analytics, budget modeling, and annual compensation planning.
