The ideal candidate has substantial compensation consulting experience in high-growth tech, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can translate data into actionable stories for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset.
• Experience in a high-tech company with the ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to build dynamic tools and models to interpret data.
• Proven relationship management and influencing skills for building partnerships.
• Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; experience with annual compensation program systems.
• Preferred: CCP Certification; bachelor’s degree; experience implementing job architecture projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation consulting support to help OCI attract and retain key talent.
• Partner with HRBPs to prepare and execute annual compensation programs.
• Engage with Talent Advisory to ensure offers recruit top talent including senior roles.
• Collaborate with other compensation areas to provide feedback and insights on cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to team problem solving and identify efficiencies in processes with innovative approaches.
• Provide ad hoc support to the OCI compensation consulting team.
• Mentor team members and participate in cross-functional programs.
