Job summary

Oracle OCI is seeking a Senior Director of Compensation to lead compensation consulting, strategy, and execution for the global OCI business. This role reports to senior HR leadership and partners with executives across geographies, overseeing a team of compensation professionals.

The position emphasizes designing and governing compensation programs, market-informed approaches for technical talent, and driving alignment with global standards while tailoring solutions to OCI’s business needs.

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive broad-based compensation or total rewards experience, including global technology and cloud
• 5+ years leading compensation professionals or high-skill individual contributors
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex compensation and workforce decisions
• Experience building strategy, processes, and delivery plans in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of technical-talent markets and compensation for cloud infrastructure and data centers

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Compensation COE to design and govern compensation strategies and programs
• Advise OCI executives and HR leadership with data-driven compensation recommendations
• Lead a team of compensation consultants and collaborate across geographies
• Oversee data center compensation design and consulting delivery
• Lead annual compensation planning including salary, bonus, and equity planning
• Develop analytics and decision-support tools for budget modeling
• Develop offer strategies for technical and executive talent
• Support job architecture evolution with global alignment and local tailoring
• Communicate compensation concepts clearly to senior leaders
• Drive continuous improvement of compensation processes and tools
• Prepare and present compensation recommendations for governance forums
