Job summary

Oracle OCI seeks a Senior Director of Compensation to lead compensation consulting, strategy, and execution globally, including data centers. This leader advises OCI executives and HR, translating business strategy into competitive, scalable, and equitable programs.

You will head a team of compensation consultants, partner across geographies, oversee annual planning and analytics, and drive equity and cost optimization across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive broad-based compensation or total rewards experience, including global tech/ cloud workforces.
• 5 years leading compensation teams or senior ICs.
• Experience leading broad-based compensation strategy: annual planning, market pricing, equity, incentives, and executive consulting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Compensation COE to design, implement, and govern compensation strategies and programs.
• Advise OCI executives and HR leadership with clear, data-driven compensation recommendations.
• Lead a global compensation leadership team and contribute to enterprise strategy across geographies.
• Oversee data center compensation design and consulting delivery with HR and business stakeholders.
• Develop market-informed approaches for highly competitive technical and infrastructure talent.
• Lead annual compensation planning including salary, bonus, equity, and incentives.
