Oracle is seeking a compensation professional to lead market intelligence and analytics for our global data center footprint. You will combine external labor market insights with internal data to shape compensation strategies and advise leaders across HR, recruiting and the business.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, dashboards, and collaboration with Compensation Consultants to address workforce challenges in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation, rewards, workforce analytics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, market benchmarking, and labor-market analysis.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience in compensation surveys, workforce data, and data analysis tools.
• Experience supporting data centers or technical workforces.
• Excellent communication to translate complex analysis into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop market intelligence on compensation trends, critical skills, and geographic labor markets across the data center workforce.
• Analyze compensation, recruiting, offer, attrition, and external market data to assess competitive positioning.
• Evaluate geographic labor markets for talent availability and compensation levels.
• Identify critical emerging skills requiring differentiated compensation.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, models, and executive-ready insights.
• Translate workforce challenges into actionable analysis and recommendations with Compensation Consultants.
• Support job architecture and benchmarking needs with Pay Architecture Design & Operations.
