Job summary

Oracle seeks a Senior Director of Compensation to lead global compensation strategy and execution for OCI. You will advise executives, guide a team of compensation consultants, and partner with COEs, HR, Finance, and Legal to align compensation with business goals and market conditions.

The role requires directing annual planning, developing market-informed approaches for technical talent, and driving cost optimization across OCI’s global workforce. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive broad-based compensation or total rewards experience in technology/telecom/cloud environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading compensation professionals or high-performing ICs.
• Experience advising senior leaders on complex compensation and workforce decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and governance of compensation strategies and programs.
• Advise OCI executives and HR leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with global compensation leaders and COE to drive enterprise strategies.
• Oversee compensation planning, including salary, bonus, equity, and incentives.
• Develop analytics tools for budget modeling and decision support.
