Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a senior compensation leader to design and optimize our global pay and equity programs.

You will build scalable models, connect individual performance to company value, and collaborate with Finance, Legal and HR partners across North America and international markets. You’ll own the design of bonus and long-term incentive programs, drive equity strategy, and empower stakeholders with real-time data and user-friendly tools.

Qualifications

7+ years designing global compensation structures across multiple markets.
Experience with equity design, budget planning and governance.
Strong analytical and modeling capabilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and evolution of bonus and long-term incentive programs.
Own equity design as a strategic asset and collaborate with Finance and Legal.
Develop tools and access for talent acquisition and business leaders to understand compensation.
Architect compensation workflows enabling fast decision-making across offers and moves.
Partner with Talent Management on pay-for-performance alignment and real-time market data.
Monitor market trends, AI impact, and regulatory changes affecting compensation.
