ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead the design and evolution of global bonus and long-term incentive programs. You will connect individual performance to business value, design equity structures, and partner with Finance and Legal on program mechanics and dilution modeling.

You’ll own the tools and data access that enable rapid, competitive offers and budgeting across regions, while staying ahead of market trends, AI-enabled modeling, and pay transparency regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and building global compensation structures across markets.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
• Excellent modelling capabilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills at all leadership levels, including Board level.
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical work and expedite results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of bonus and long-term incentive programs.
• Own equity design as a strategic asset and collaborate with Finance and Legal on program mechanics and dilution modeling.
• Develop tools and access for talent acquisition and BP teams to drive competitive offers and budgets.
• Architect compensation enablement for fast, accurate inputs year-round across regions.
• Collaborate with talent management on pay-for-performance alignment.
• Monitor market trends, AI impacts, and pay transparency legislation to stay ahead.
