Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Product leader to enable internal partners and own the self-serve compensation tooling. You will design and refine offers, benchmarking, and data-backed decisions while building credibility with HRBPs and TA from day one.

You will own the pricing and tooling roadmap, partnering with People Technology and People Insights to deliver impact. A strong product mindset and advanced Excel/Workday skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in compensation, with business-facing or partner-facing experience at a high-growth or public tech company.
• Demonstrated product mindset with measurable impact on processes or tooling.
• Deep comp expertise: offers, benchmarking, off-cycle requests for credibility with HRBPs and TA.
• Active AI tool user; ability to point to workflows you built or accelerated.
• Comfort with data audits, data integrity validation, and pattern spotting for improvement.
• Strong financial acumen; able to build models and interpret budgets with Finance.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and Workday experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compensation resource for TA, Finance, PBPs, HROps, and TAOps.
• Own the compensation experience and self-serve tooling, including offer calculators and pricing tools.
• Own intake and triage of cross-lane requests; route and define next systematized improvements.
