Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Director, Global Clinical Physician to oversee medical accountability for multiple trials, provide scientific leadership, and drive clinical development strategy across Phase 1–3 studies in a global network.

The role requires MD or equivalent, 5+ years in industry or trials, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel may be required; the position is based in the Madison area with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD required (or x-US equivalent).
• 5 or more years of industry experience and/or clinical trials experience is required.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and lead presentations in scientific and clinical settings.
• Subspecialty training in applicable therapeutic area desired.

Responsibilities

• Medical Monitoring: lead SDT/CDT collaboration and review trial data and safety.
• Clinical Development: design plans and protocols with strategic focus and oversee multiple studies.
• Health Authority Interactions & Publications: participate in key interactions and prepare regulatory documents.
• Travel: domestic and international travel may be required.
