Job summary

Lincoln Waste Solutions, powered by Reconomy, seeks a Director of Business Process & Systems to lead end-to-end process design and system enablement across ERP and CRM platforms. You will bridge Operations, Finance, IT and Commercial teams to standardize processes, drive digital transformation, and enhance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred but not required.
• ERP/CRM system certifications preferred but not required (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst).
• 5–8 years of experience in business process improvement or transformation roles.
• Direct experience leading end-to-end process design or re-engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process design and system alignment across ERP/CRM platforms.
• Map current state processes and design future-state improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop SOPs and governance frameworks to standardize processes.
• Drive ERP/CRM implementations, upgrades or integrations and measure outcomes.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, IT and Commercial to drive digital transformation.
