Blue Signal Search is seeking a Manufacturing Process Excellence Specialist to partner across manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to elevate ERP workflows and standardize processes in a hybrid setting (Westminster, CO or Santa Barbara, CA). The role focuses on optimizing an established ERP environment through data quality improvements and streamlined practices to support growth.

Qualifications

Five or more years improving business processes within a manufacturing ERP environment.
Experience in manufacturing operations, preferably high mix, low volume.
Hands-on ERP practitioner, not just supportive role.
Strong understanding of production planning, inventory, procurement, order fulfillment, and supply chain.
Experience improving ERP usage via process optimization and standardization.
Ability to translate complex challenges into practical ERP solutions.
Experience documenting requirements, process flows, and SOPs.
Strong facilitation and cross-department communication.

Responsabilités

Partner with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, customer service, and IT to identify process improvements.
Evaluate ERP workflows and recommend efficiency improvements and standardized practices.
Translate business needs into functional requirements and procedures.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and validation meetings with stakeholders.
Promote ERP best practices before custom development when possible.
Support ERP enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain process maps and SOPs.
Act as liaison between business users, technical teams, and solution partners.
Prioritize ERP improvement requests by impact and value.
Monitor process performance and recommend ongoing improvements.
Assist user adoption through training and documentation.
