Job summary

Reformation is seeking a seasoned Sr. Director of Accounting to lead corporate accounting and financial reporting as the company scales post-IPO. You will drive the month-end close, prepare external filings, and maintain strong internal controls while partnering with cross-functional teams like FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain.

You will oversee a high-performing team, ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC requirements, and elevate the accounting function to support rapid growth globally.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting leadership with public company exposure and strong control environment.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and external filings.
• Experience building high-performing accounting teams and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close across the general ledger and related reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, flux analyses and reports for leadership.
• Lead SOX controls, internal policies, and interactions with external auditors.
• Partner with FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain and Tech to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team and drive process improvements.
