Job summary

Driven Brands, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Accounting to lead accounting activities across corporate functions, including financial instruments, long-lived assets, and consolidations.

The role emphasizes remediation, control design, and scalable processes in a public-company setting. You will stabilize and develop a multi-location team, partnering with SOX, Internal Audit, and external auditors, while driving automation and standardization to improve close performance and reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
Active CPA license required.
12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
Public-company experience required.
Experience with material weaknesses remediation and restatement-related improvement preferred.
Experience with multi-entity, multi-location operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee corporate accounting across locations and functions.
Drive remediation, close, and journal entry governance.
Partner with SOX, Internal Audit, external auditors on controls.
Invest in automation, workflow, and standardization.
Develop talent and establish KPIs and dashboards.
