Job summary

Redwood is seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive global accounting, reporting and controls. You will partner with Finance, FP&A, and Revenue Ops to ensure accurate monthly closes, GAAP compliance, and strategic decision support across jurisdictions including the Netherlands.

You will shape tax, intercompany, and transfer pricing policies, lead audits, and advance automation and AI initiatives to scale growth for a fast‑moving software company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of financial leadership experience in a complex, international software/tech company.
• University degree (and/or MBA) in finance with an accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA).
• Experience with Workday Financial G/L and Salesforce; strong GAAP knowledge.
• Familiarity with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and transfer pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner with Finance, FP&A, Revenue Ops and leadership.
• Lead monthly close with GL, AR, AP, Cash, Payroll and inter‑company processes.
• Oversee corporate reporting for lenders and private equity requirements.
• Support audits and statutory filings across jurisdictions including Netherlands.
• Maintain ERP systems and policies to enable accurate financial information.
• Drive automation and AI to gain efficiency and improve metrics.
• Contribute to M&A activities including accounting and integrations.
• Manage inter‑company balances and transfer pricing remittance.
• Guide strategic decisions with strong financial and KPI insight.
