Job summary

Driven Brands Inc. seeks a Director, Corporate Accounting to lead accounting across corporate functions in a public-company setting, including reconciliations, leases, intercompany, and consolidations.

This hands-on transformation role partners with the SOX team to remediate control gaps, improve close efficiency, and drive automation and standardization across close, fixed assets, and reporting. A CPA with 12+ years of experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA license required.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in a complex, public-company environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, stabilize, and develop a multi-location accounting team with clear roles and accountability.
• Oversee close processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany activities.
• Drive remediation efforts with SOX second line and internal/external audit teams to strengthen controls.
