Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in corporate fundraising and relationship building.
• Experience in galas/special events with success in fundraising and volunteer management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Gala and wrap-around events.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage volunteers to achieve revenue and engagement goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with volunteers, sponsors, participants, and corporate partners.
• Manage financial aspects of sponsor and donor fulfillment.
• Prospect, cultivate and steward Gala sponsors and donors through networks.
• Maintain year-round relationships with sponsors, donors, and volunteers to support chapter activities.
• Coordinate outreach to promote the Alzheimer's Association mission and engagement opportunities.
• Ensure organizational standards are followed.
