Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in corporate fundraising, relationship development and volunteer engagement.
• 5+ years planning galas and fundraising events with volunteer leadership experience.
• Proven ability to cultivate corporate partners, sponsors, donors, and volunteers.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented with strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Adaptable and able to manage competing priorities, independently or with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Gala and events to meet fundraising goals.
• Recruit, train, coach and manage high-level volunteers.
• Build relationships with volunteers, sponsors, donors and corporate partners.
• Identify, cultivate and steward sponsors and donors.
• Manage sponsorship and donor commitments, fulfillment and recognition.
• Maintain year-round engagement with corporate partners, donors and volunteers.
• Collaborate with committees to coordinate outreach and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards.
