Qualifications

• Led multidisciplinary teams or a mid-sized function delivering enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience developing workforce plans and leading professionals across disciplines.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills for senior leaders.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities for scalable operational solutions.
• Working knowledge of AI, automation, and their impact on work, roles, and workforce models.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and priorities for a function or portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary Future of Work function across work design, analytics, and AI/automation architecture.
• Own the Future of Work budget and resource planning, prioritizing people, capabilities and technology investments.
• Own and execute strategy and 1-3 year roadmap translating priorities into scalable workforce solutions and operating practices.
• Lead redesign of work, roles, and workforce models in response to AI and automation.
• Establish operating model, governance, decision frameworks, standards, and execution approach.
