Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Director, Future of Work to lead strategy, design, and execution of the Future of Work function. You will align HR, Technology, and Operations to evolve work models in response to AI and automation, and translate enterprise priorities into scalable workforce solutions.

You will own the roadmap, operating model, governance, and budget, building a high-performing team and advising senior leaders on role design, workforce models, and talent strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a large, matrixed environment.
• Advanced leadership and management capability with workforce planning.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the multidisciplinary Future of Work function, spanning work and role design, analytics, and AI/automation architecture.
• Own the Future of Work budget and resource planning.
• Own and execute the Future of Work strategy and 1- to 3-year roadmap.
• Lead redesign of work, roles, and workforce models in response to AI/automation.
• Establish operating model, governance, standards, and execution approach.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across HR, Technology, and Operations and influence senior leaders.
• Drive data-backed decision-making related to future-state roles and productivity.
• Define and communicate measures of efficiency, capacity, and business impact.
• Recommend and operationalize strategies, processes, and operating plans.
• Build and lead a high-performing team including workforce planning and development.
