Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Executive for Frontier AI to own the commercial relationship with a focused portfolio of frontier AI labs and foundation-model organizations.

You will drive revenue, pipeline, and long-term growth while engaging researchers, engineers, and leaders across product, research, and operations. You will sell complex, customized services across the model development lifecycle, including RL environments, evaluations, RLHF, expert data, and red-teaming,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategic enterprise sales, account leadership, or business development within AI, ML, data services, or another highly technical market.
• Prior experience selling model-training, data, evaluation, or related technical services.
• Experience engaging directly with AI researchers and research engineers; credibility with technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial relationship and growth strategy for a focused portfolio of frontier AI labs and foundation-model organizations.
• Sell complex, customized services across the model development lifecycle (RL environments, evaluations, RLHF, expert data, coding environments, red-teaming).
• Develop opportunities from early research conversations through pilots and scaled programs; navigate procurement and contracting processes.
• Lead customer discovery with EPAM technical experts to translate research objectives into technically credible and commercially compelling solutions.
