Job summary

Inovalon is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to drive consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across multiple business units. You will partner with the CFO, VP of FP&A and corporate accounting to deliver investor-ready updates and board-level reporting.

The role demands deep knowledge of accounting practices, strong financial modeling skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through change.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related discipline in a multi-BU or PE-backed org
• 8+ years of management experience overseeing teams
• Experience leading process-improvement initiatives and cross-team change
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principals, budgets, forecasts and reporting

Responsibilities

• Own consolidation of BU-level financial results, forecasts, budgets and variance commentary
• Prepare investor updates, QBR materials, and external-facing financial comms
• Support Board materials development; coordinate input from BUs on timelines
• Build strong FP&A relationships across Corporate, Payer, Provider, Insights and Pharmacy
• Lead cross-BU process improvements and standardization across the enterprise
• Manage ad hoc strategic projects including financial modeling and evaluations
• Coordinate lender reporting and covenant compliance materials
