Job summary

Inovalon is seeking an accomplished FP&A leader to drive cross-unit financial planning, analysis, and consolidation. You will develop standardized processes, supervise budgeting and forecasting, and coordinate with corporate accounting and investor relations to deliver clear, executive-ready narratives.

The role requires 15+ years in FP&A or related fields, 8+ years in management, and experience with budgets, forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A./B.S.) in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 15+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading process-improvement initiatives and driving change.
• Experience with budgets, forecasts, financial reports, pricing, and operational issues.
• Prior exposure to Board, investor, or lender reporting preferred.
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion SmartView preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FP&A operational strategies to standardize processes across units.
• Lead cross-BU FP&A projects and coordinate with corporate finance teams.
• Own monthly consolidation of BU results into Total Inovalon reporting packages.
• Prepare investor updates, QBR materials, and lender reporting packages.
• Create executive-ready narratives from BU-level data.
