Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a key financial partner within the Payer Business Unit FP&A team. You will develop driver-based forecasts for hybrid SaaS revenue, analyze variances, and produce leadership-ready packages for product lines.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Product to drive FP&A improvements, automate reporting, and deliver timely, accurate insights to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined finance or accounting experience including 3+ years in a financial analyst role
• Experience with SaaS unit economics and key KPIs
• Ability to partner with internal customers and cross-functional teams
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA a plus
• Experience with Hyperion Planning (Essbase/Smart View) preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP and process improvement-driving能力

Responsibilities

• Develop driver-based forecasting models for hybrid SaaS revenue streams (subscription vs. usage)
• Track and report on SaaS KPIs (ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, churn/renewal)
• Prepare monthly data packages with variances and driver impact explanations
• Create models to support leadership decisions and budgeting
• Support automation and standardization of monthly/quarterly/annual reports
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to quality data and insights
