Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a senior FP&A leader in Dallas to own the monthly forecast and year-end outlook across all business lines. You will drive driver-based forecasting, and partner with Controllership on close, accruals, and GAAP alignment, while delivering executive-ready materials and actionable insights.

The role requires 10+ years in FP&A, strong financial modeling, and experience with planning systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience with 3+ years owning a forecast or monthly close at manager/director level.
• Proven ability to design finance processes, calendars, controls, and governance.
• Strong communication and ability to present to executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly forecast and full-year outlook across all lines of business; establish calendar, templates, assumptions, and consolidation.
• Build driver-based forecast linking channel, cost, and SG&A to Revenue, EBITDA, and Cash Flow.
• Lead gap-closure and ownership tracking when outlook misses plan.
• Partner with Controller on month-end close, flash results, accruals, and GAAP vs management reporting.
• Design scalable forecast/close processes and coordinate improvements across planning tools.
• Lead and develop the Senior Forecast Analyst and forecast contributors across Finance.
