Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in a brand/multi-unit P&L role.
• Multi-unit retail or store finance experience including four-wall P&L & payroll modeling.
• Proven net revenue growth results via pricing, promotion, and mix.
• Strong partnership with operations and senior leaders; clear communicator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own Stores and Omnichannel P&L including four-wall profitability and omnichannel services.
• Lead annual plan, long-range inputs, and monthly forecast; explain performance.
• Partner with Topline Forecast Manager and Store Operations on weekly outlook.
• Drive comparable-sales growth through analysis of traffic, conversion, and ticket.
• Manage store labor planning and budgets with Store Operations.
