Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a Senior FP&A professional in Dallas to lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting across lines of business. You will drive a driver-based model linking channel, cost, and SG&A inputs to Revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow.

A strong candidate excels at cross-functional collaboration with Controllership and senior leadership. You will own the close process, develop scalable forecast and reporting tools, and present insights to the CFO and executive team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A, including forecast ownership and monthly close at managerial/director level.
• Proven ability to design finance processes, calendars, templates, controls, and governance.
• Strong accounting knowledge and partnership with Controllership; exceptional communication to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly forecast and full-year outlook across lines of business; build driver-based forecasts.
• Partner with Controller on month-end close, accruals, GAAP-to-management reporting alignment.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for CFO/CEO and leadership; surface risks and opportunities.
