Bed Bath & Beyond seeks a senior FP&A/Treasury professional in the Dallas area to lead 13-week cash forecasting, daily liquidity management and debt monitoring. This role partners with finance and operations to drive accurate projections and maintain strong treasury controls.

The ideal candidate has a finance or accounting background, 6+ years in FP&A or finance, 3+ years in treasury, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, treasury, or business administration.
• 6+ years in FP&A or finance with 3+ years in treasury and cashflow forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills with Power Query, Pivot Tables, and VBA.
• Knowledge of treasury metrics and sensitivity analysis; AI tools a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead 13-week cash forecasting and monthly 3-statement drivers.
• Manage daily cash, liquidity, credit risk, and letters of credit.
• Oversee term loans, asset-based lending, debt covenants, and reporting.
• Maintain banking and credit agency relationships; prepare Board materials.
• Drive process improvement and best-practice treasury workflows.
• Protect confidential information and support strategic decisions.
