Job summary

National Vision, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting and executive reporting. You will establish a robust financial framework, drive performance management and deliver actionable insights across the organization.

You will partner with Strategy, Investor Relations and IT to modernize planning tools while building a high-performing FP&A team and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate development experience.
• 6+ years P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, close and modeling.
• 3+ years leading and developing finance teams.
• 3+ years managing finance systems architecture and automation.
• Four year degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Establish financial ownership, reporting standards and performance reviews.
• Oversee three-statement analysis and variance explanations.
• Own Monthly Business Review and executive financial reporting.
• Drive FP&A systems modernization and scalable tooling with BI and IT.
• Provide clear financial narratives for leadership, Board and IR.
