Job summary

NWN is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. You will partner with executives to drive profitability and efficiency, coordinating with sales, offerings, and customer success. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in FP&A within large, high-growth organizations, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with PowerBI. Remote work with travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field required.
• MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience in large, complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable insights and drive profitability.
• Develop scalable FP&A processes and analytics to reduce Excel dependency.
• Coordinate cross-functional analysis with sales, offerings, and customer success.
• Coach and develop a small finance team and communicate findings to executives.
