With 12+ years in semiconductor BD and proven leadership, you will negotiate complex contracts and guide revenue growth in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience including semiconductor business development and sales.
• Proven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Intel Foundry advanced packaging and test sales plan and manage sales goals and budget for target accounts.
• Create strategic business relationships and drive new revenue sources for the organization.
• Negotiate strategic and complex design and manufacturing deals.
• Collaborate with IFS team and supporting orgs to ensure excellent customer experience from needs assessment to delivery.
• Help recruit and hire sales staff and coach account teams.
• Manage customer demand forecast and provide short/long term volume and revenue plans per customer.
• Monitor market and competitor tech, services, capacity for timely sensing.
• Review customer activity and anticipate needs to improve satisfaction.
• Create sales reports and provide feedback to leadership.
• Develop and execute licensing and business agreements for design and manufacturing services.
• Identify improvements and develop sales plans to achieve goals.
