Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with demonstrated business acumen and/or relevant business experience.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including 8+ years in foundry, manufacturing, product strategy, or related fields.
• 6+ years developing market, business, or technology strategies that influenced executive decisions.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional, global teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Intel Foundry’s mid- and long-term business strategy and growth roadmaps.
• Penetrate and expand relationships with strategic semiconductor customers to drive revenue and market share.
• Identify emerging market opportunities across AI/ML, data center, Automotive, HPC, IoT, and Advanced Packaging.
• Maximize value and longevity of existing technologies and manufacturing capacity.
• Conduct market sizing, TAM/SAM analyses, and competitive research to guide planning.
• Define technology requirements to expand into targeted market segments and influence roadmaps.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to promote Intel Foundry solutions and win engagements.
• Maintain mid- to long-term demand forecasts from account teams, planning, and operations.
