Job summary

Intel Foundry is seeking a highly collaborative, experienced executive to shape mid- and long-term business strategies, including three- to five-year roadmaps, market and competitive analyses, and strategic engagement with semiconductor customers.

This role partners with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Planning, and Operations to ensure strategies align with capacity, profitability, and corporate objectives, while guiding technology investments and roadmaps in a fast-evolving industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with demonstrated business acumen and/or relevant business experience.
• 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience, including: 8+ years in foundry, manufacturing, product strategy, business planning, corporate strategy, strategic marketing, or business development.
• 6+ years of experience developing market, business, or technology strategies that influenced executive decisions.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional, global teams in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mid- and long-term business strategy, including 3- to 5-year growth roadmaps.
• Penetrate and expand relationships with strategic semiconductor customers, driving technology adoption and revenue growth.
• Identify and assess emerging market opportunities (AI/ML, data center, Automotive, HPC, IoT, Advanced Packaging).
• Maximize value and longevity of existing technologies and manufacturing capacity while improving profitability.
• Conduct market sizing, TAM/SAM analyses, and competitive assessments to identify growth opportunities.
