Intel Foundry Services is seeking an experienced leader to shape long-term foundry strategy, drive revenue growth, and identify new market opportunities across AI/ML, HPC, robotics, and mobile segments. You will collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales, and finance to align marketing strategy with operations and business objectives.

This role requires deep semiconductor market knowledge and proven strategic execution capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience including semiconductor corporate strategy, product planning or product strategy.
• Proven experience in strategy preparation and communication.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term foundry business strategy (3–5 year roadmap).
• Identify emerging market opportunities (AI/ML, HPC, Robotics, Consumer, Mobile, advanced packaging).
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, and TAM/SAM analysis.
• Develop requirements for technology and enablement solutions for Intel Foundry to expand into selected segments and drive roadmaps.
• Build and regularly update mid to long term Intel Foundry business demand forecast with input from planning and operations teams.
• Define foundry value proposition and differentiation vs. competitors.
