Job summary

EY-Parthenon, a part of EY, seeks a Senior Director for Strategy and Execution Deal Management – Financial Services. You will lead and execute operational projects, support client service teams, and drive strategic initiatives across complex financial services transactions.

You will develop team members, pursue business development opportunities, and mentor staff while managing multi-project engagements with senior clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 8 years of related work experience; MBA is preferred.
• Significant experience in an M&A consulting environment with financial services clients.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects supporting client service teams in developing and executing strategies for transactions.
• Focus on business and practice development while developing team members to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients and internal stakeholders.
