Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Management – Financial Services – Insurance practice seeks a Director to lead and execute client projects with a focus on operations and deal strategy.

You will develop experience across various deal phases, manage cross-functional teams, and contribute to pursuits and client engagements with strong analytical and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with ~3 years of related experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant experience in an M&A consulting environment for financial services (banking and capital markets).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience leading in complex business environments and managing in multi-stakeholder settings.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operational projects within EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Execution Deal Management – Financial Services – Insurance.
• Develop and execute transaction strategies for clients.
• Engage in pre- and post-deal engagements and support firm-wide pursuits and client meetings.
