Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Senior Director in Deal Management based in the United States. You will lead cross-functional, client-facing projects across multiple sectors, directing teams and driving value through strategic transactions and integrations.

The role emphasizes business development, mentorship, and building senior-level client relationships. A hybrid work model is expected, with travel as needed to client sites and engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Engineering/CS/Analytics plus 8 years of related work experience.
MBA is preferred.
Extensive M&A management consulting experience.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
