Worldpac Canada Inc. seeks a transformational Senior Director, Financial Operations (AR & AP) to lead enterprise‑wide Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for a $2.5B B2B auto parts distributor.

The role prioritizes stabilizing and modernizing core AR/AP operations, with a heavy AP focus and ERP modernization across Oracle Cloud AP and AS400 AR. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on finance operations leader with ERP fluency, a track record in process redesign, and the ability to guide

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus.
10+ years in progressive finance or accounting operations leadership with AR/AP ownership.
Experience in a shared service, multi-entity B2B environment preferred.
Deep ERP experience; Oracle Cloud or other large ERP required; legacy system modernization preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AR and AP operations, including invoicing, collections, cash application, vendor management, and disbursements.
Ensure timely month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting with strong controls.
Establish SLAs, KPIs, and dashboards; drive DSO improvement and working capital.
Stabilize processes, standardize documentation, and implement best practices.
Oversee systems optimization: Oracle Cloud AP and modernization of AS400 AR with IT collaboration.
