Top Stack is seeking an experienced AP Director to lead a high-volume Accounts Payable function in a large organization. You will manage, coach and develop a skilled team, ensuring accurate invoice processing and timely payments while driving process improvements and leveraging technology.

You will address complex AP issues, monitor performance, and partner with cross-functional leaders to streamline workflows and strengthen internal controls.

• Significant progressive AP leadership experience in a sizable function.
• Experience in a large and/or complex organization.
• Strong understanding of AP processes, payments and internal controls.
• Proven people-management and team-development experience.
• Experience with large ERP/accounting systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a large Accounts Payable function

What We're Looking For

• Significant progressive Accounts Payable experience, including leadership of a sizable AP function
• Experience working within a large and/or complex organization
• Strong understanding of AP processes, payments and internal controls
• Proven people-management and team-development experience
• Experience with large ERP/accounting systems
• Demonstrated success improving processes and operational efficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field preferred
