Stable10 is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and modernize its AP function, building scalable processes and partnering with finance leadership on operational improvements.

You will own end-to-end AP, manage and develop the AP team, and support month-end close while driving automation and system optimization across ERP environments. This role offers high-visibility impact within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in accounts payable.
• 2+ years leading AP teams.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics).
• Familiarity with AP automation tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounts payable operations including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Develop and mentor AP team members for accountability and efficiency.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Collaborate across Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and IT to streamline workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve user experience for stakeholders.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and system enhancements.
