Job summary

Caliber Service Management is seeking a Financial Operations Director to lead AR/AP functions and own the full cash cycle from invoicing to vendor payments. You will partner with the SVP Finance and cross-functional leaders to strengthen working capital and build scalable processes as the company grows.

The role requires 7+ years in financial operations with AR/AP ownership, hands-on NetSuite ERP experience, and a track record of developing finance teams, improving controls, and delivering

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial operations or accounting with direct AR/AP ownership.
• 2+ years supervising AR/AP staff.
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and aging.
• Own end-to-end AP operations, including vendor invoices, payment runs, and reimbursements.
• Establish AR/AP policies and internal controls that are audit-ready.
• Forecast cash flow and manage working capital with the SVP of Finance.
• Lead and develop AR/AP staff with clear performance expectations.
• Provide timely AR/AP data for month-end close and reconciliations.
• Support audits with AR/AP documentation and issue resolution.
• Identify process improvements and automation within AR/AP and ERP systems.
• Deliver AR/AP dashboards and metrics to Finance and leadership.
