Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Senior Director of Professional Services to lead strategy, delivery, and growth of Financial Hub offerings, including Payment Hub and Order & Trade Management. You will guide high-performing teams, partner with clients, and align solution designs with operational standards.

You will drive AI-enabled and secure, resilient service delivery while supporting strategic sales and ongoing platform modernization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
10+ years in a technology organization with progressive leadership responsibilities.
Strong expertise in financial services tech including payments, treasury, order management, and trade processing.
Knowledge of messaging standards such as FIX, SWIFT MT, ISO 15022, ISO 20022.
Experience leading client-facing implementations and strategy alignment.
Deep SDLC, Agile delivery, and project/program leadership understanding.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, delivery, and growth of Financial Hub and related solutions.
Act as executive contact and trusted advisor for clients.
Collaborate with Digital Solutions to align designs with operational capabilities.
Support strategic sales initiatives and successful deployments.
Drive product enhancements, modernization, security, and go-to-market efforts.
