Job summary

You will drive enterprise EDI/B2B integrations, mentor leaders, define training, processes, and tools, and partner with other SI teams to scale OpenText solutions.

You will demonstrate executive-level communication, delivery focus, and hands-on experience with integration platforms to deliver trusted outcomes for clients across the US.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing leadership experience.
• Experience with systems integration platforms and data formats (EDI, X12, XML).
• Experience with European e-Invoicing mandates.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level consulting on end-to-end system design for trading partner EDI / e-commerce integrations.
• Act as trusted advisor to client leadership and project stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges and ensure architectural consistency.
• Oversee quality and governance of deliverables and set best practices.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of consultants across USA; manage hiring and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and delivery models.
• Report to executives with insights into performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Guide adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, into OpenText processes.
