Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Sr. Director, Finance - ITG to lead the global Finance IT portfolio. You will own strategy, transformation, and delivery across core finance processes and manage a worldwide team of engineers and product owners.

Focus areas include R2R, S2P, Asset Accounting, Payroll, O2C, and FP&A with an emphasis on scalable and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with CFO, Controllership, FP&A, and Procurement to align technology investments with business outcomes, drive platform

Qualifications

12+ years of technology leadership with 5+ years in Finance IT or ERP leadership.
Deep Workday Financials expertise and post-production operations.
Experience leading multi-workstream global Finance technology programs.
Strong domain knowledge across R2R, S2P, AP, O2C, Payroll, FP&A.
Experience with SOX controls, compliance, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Define and own multi-year Finance IT strategy aligned to CFO priorities.
Lead global Finance IT programs spanning implementations, upgrades, integrations.
Ensure high availability and reliability of Finance platforms (Workday, BlackLine, Oracle ePBCS).
Partner with Finance leaders to drive platform modernization and AI-enabled automation.
