You will drive strategy, platform modernization, and program delivery across R2R, S2P, O2C, and FP&A, partnering with CFO and Controllership to align technology with business outcomes. The role requires deep finance tech expertise, strong transformation track record, and executive presence to navigate a complex global organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership with Finance IT/ERP focus.
• Deep Workday Financials expertise, including accounting center.
• Experience leading multi-workstream Finance technology programs in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and own multi-year Finance IT strategy aligned to CFO priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Finance technology programs (implementations, upgrades, integrations).
• Lead governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication to Finance leadership.
