Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking a Senior Director, Digital Workplace & Service Delivery, to lead enterprise technology services for a global workforce. You will set strategy for End User Computing, Digital Workplace, IT Service Delivery and operational excellence, driving reliability, automation, and employee experience.

The role partners with a VP and leads globally distributed teams to modernize service delivery, expand self-service capabilities, and improve performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years in IT/Infrastructure/Digital Workplace or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading technology organizations at a leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for enterprise technology services supporting a global workforce.
• Establish and drive an operational framework focused on reliability, service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Own operational performance metrics and SLAs across assigned technology services.
• Lead strategies to improve availability, reliability, incident resolution, and overall technology performance.
• Establish governance, dashboards, and KPIs for service performance and trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve cross-functional operational issues.
