Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive IT/infrastructure/digital workplace leadership experience.
• 5+ years of leadership of technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise technology services globally.
• Drive modernization, automation, and self-service capabilities.
• Establish KPIs, governance, and operating rhythms for service performance.
